We despatch the shed 2-5 working days prior to your agreed delivery date, if you need to amend anything on your order please let us know at least 6 working days in advance so this can be actioned.

We advise you call ahead if there is a trader in a reachable distance from you. Some trade agents will not have every building we offer on display but you will be able to see and feel the quality of the shed and order in store.

Our location is a manufacturing site only, and unfortunately we do not have a show site ourselves.

Our shed comes with an advance exterior wood preservative. You can install your shed without worrying about the elements and it allows you a year to select a wood preserver and your choice of colour to cover the base preserver. We do recommend you retreat your garden building internally as well as externally annually thereafter. You may re-treat it or change the colour sooner if you wish.

Please note that many of our sheds are fully adaptable where you can position the doors and windows on any side as you build it.

If you require a shed with additional or fewer doors or windows etc then this is usually not an issue for us.

Building a garden shed can be quite a daunting task for those who have not done it before. Our garden sheds do come with fixings and assembly instructions to help you put it up. But, even with this, many customers often ask how long it will take them to assemble their shed. If you have not chosen to get someone to install the shed for you then, then the shed is designed so that you can install it yourself without prior knowledge. Don’t forget, this does not include the time that it takes to sort a base. Our sheds come with a floor (many competitor sheds don’t) but it still needs to sit on a firm and level base. But how long does it take to install the shed?

This does depend on your experience and skill level, but as a guide (for someone who has not put a shed up before) you are looking at around 4 hours on average.

4×4 to 8×6 sheds – 2-3 hours

10×6 to 14×6 sheds – 3-4 hours

16×6 sheds and above – 4-5 hours

Yes, it is possible to replace components after installation of your garden building has taken place. Please see our range of tutorial videos below for guidance on how to go about this. Our sheds are completely waterproof, provided they are installed and maintained correctly.

The only additional thing we advise you to do once you’ve assembled your Power shed would be to add some silicone to the windows and this will ensure that water cannot get in. This is advised in the instructions.

Top reasons why our sheds are waterproof:

Shiplap Cladding

Our shiplap sheds come in shiplap tongue and groove cladding which acts as a control element to direct water safely down the outside wall of the shed and not into the shed, preventing infiltration into the garden building.

Overlap Cladding

Our overlap sheds come with overlap cladding, this means each board overlaps the previous board in the panel. Due to this, any rain that lands on this cladding will naturally drip down and away from the shed.

Polyester Felt 

Our entire range comes with polyester felt as standard. This prevents water from getting in to the building but still allows the roof timber to breathe.

Toughened glass with PVC sills

Our windows are toughened and our shiplap sheds have PVC sills – this ensures any water running down the windows doesn’t enter the shed as the sills protect the timber.
